DELIVERIES
We make every effort to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. All goods are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium to destinations throughout Europe. Depending on the nature of the products ordered, their weight and the destination country, delivery times generally range between 48 and 96 business hours after order confirmation.
To ensure safe and appropriate transportation, we automatically select the most suitable shipping method according to the products purchased.

SEMAT makes every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times generally range between 48 and 96 business hours after order confirmation, depending on the destination country, product availability, type of goods and selected shipping method.
All orders are shipped from Belgium and can be delivered throughout Europe. The carrier and shipping method are automatically selected according to the goods purchased, their weight, dimensions and logistical requirements.
The delivery times indicated are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Delays may occur due to peak periods, carrier constraints, weather conditions, customs procedures, public holidays or any circumstance beyond SEMAT's reasonable control.
SEMAT shall not be held liable for delays, losses, routing errors or incidents directly attributable to the carrier or any external event affecting delivery performance.
Upon receipt of your order, it is the customer's responsibility to immediately inspect all parcels, pallets and goods. In the event of visible damage, missing items or transport-related issues, specific reservations should be made with the carrier whenever possible.
If damage is identified upon delivery, please immediately take clear photographs of the packaging, shipping label, pallet (if applicable) and affected products. These documents are required to initiate a claim with the carrier.
No transport damage claim can be properly processed without sufficient supporting evidence provided within a reasonable timeframe.
RETURNS & AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Before requesting any return, exchange or after-sales service, customers must contact SEMAT Customer Service and provide their order number.
Our team of experts will review your request and advise you of the appropriate procedure, whether it concerns a return, exchange, warranty claim, technical inspection or any other after-sales service request.
No goods may be returned without prior written authorization from SEMAT. Any unauthorized return may be refused or returned to the sender.
Returned products must be complete, unused, properly protected and, whenever possible, returned in their original packaging. Incomplete, damaged, used or unsellable items may be refused or subject to a value reduction.
Certain products may be excluded from return eligibility or subject to specific conditions, including special-order items, customized products, opened consumables, specific spare parts or products that cannot be resold due to technical, logistical or regulatory reasons.
Return procedures and associated costs will be communicated by our customer service team after review of the request. Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
